Suicide Prevention Awareness Month

Together, We Can Make a Difference

September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, a time to stand united in shattering the stigma and offering support to those in need. Let us continue to spread hope and kindness, extending a helping hand to those who may be struggling. Remember, small acts of compassion can have a profound impact on someone's life. As renowned poet Maya Angelou once said, "Be a rainbow in someone else's cloud." Together, we can be that beacon of hope, saving lives one act of kindness at a time.

If you or someone you know is struggling or in crisis, help is available. Call or text 988 or chat online at 988lifeline.org
