How Does it Work?

The Arizona Charitable Tax Credit is a powerful way to support local nonprofits like Kid in the Corner while directly lowering the taxes you owe.

Unlike a deduction, which only reduces taxable income, a tax credit reduces your tax bill dollar-for-dollar. Arizona is one of the few states where taxpayers can choose how their tax dollars benefit the community, and the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit makes your donation to support youth mental health doubly impactful.

Qualified Charities & Eligible Donations

Kid in the Corner is a Qualifying Charitable Organization (QCO) under Arizona law. Our QCO Code is 22909

  • Donations must be cash; property or in-kind contributions are not eligible for the credit.

  • Arizona taxpayers can participate in multiple tax credits — your contribution to Kid in the Corner can take full advantage of the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit.

  • Unused credits may be carried forward for up to five years.
